A refund to a course purchased at AI Lesson Lab will be granted if all of the the following applies:

• if you did not access any portion of the online course
• you request a refund, in writing via email within three days from the date of the registration (email notification sent)

There will be no refunds for any online courses once a course has been accessed in any manner.

To request a refund, please contact us at erintegration[@]gmail.com. In your email, please provide your order number. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with information on the status of your refund.

Please note that refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Depending on your original form of payment, a $10 payment processing fee will be charged.
