How do I access the course?

All of the course content is located on this website. After purchasing you will be redirected to your profile page. You will log in and access the course form your profile or from the course homepage.  You can also click here to get started.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, AI Lesson Lab accepts PayPal, Venmo, and all major credit cards.

I don't use PayPal or Venmo can I use another method of payment?

PayPal is our payment processer, but you do not need a PayPal account (or Venmo) to purchase. At checkout, you can select "Guest" and put in your debit or credit card information instead. 

Do you offer a payment installment plan?

We don't offer it directly, but if you have PayPal, you can use their payment plan called Pay Later. At the final checkout screen, you will see options for PayPal, Venmo, and Pay Later. Select Pay Later to get started. Pay Later has options to "Pay in 4" or pay monthly. More info is here.

What is your refund policy?

Since this course is text-based, we only accept refunds for users who have not yet accessed the course in any form and within a certain time-frame. Please read our refund policy here for more information.

How long do I have access to the course content?

You have access to the course content for at least 1 year from the purchase date. But we don't have any plans at this time of closing up shop here; any plans to do so in the future will be clearly communicated to current course students.

How often will this course be updated?

Your payment includes the course as it is written on the day you purchase it. There are no guarantees that content will be updated regularly or at all. However we purposely designed our course to be as evergreen as possible in this quickly changing AI landscape so while the tech interface and tools may change, the core ideas and content in the course are transferrable.
